Brightfield Microscopes
A brightfield microscope is used to analyze dry blood. What the brightfield micrscope does is to transmit light through the examined specimen, making the image bright and clear. Though brightfield microscope is best used in examing the contents and structure of a dry it, it is however, not advisable in examining live blood since it fails to provide the images other microscopes can provide.
